Excellent experience working with Integrity Express Logistics. Serena and Meghan Schrand were both fantastic to work with — clear communication, quick responses, and smooth handling of rates and paperwork from start to finish. As a carrier, that kind of professionalism makes all the difference. Highly recommend this brokerage to other owner-operators.

As a smaller carrier, we depend on timely payments and clear communication to sustain our business operations. Recently, we experienced internal system issues while awaiting payment for a completed load. During this challenging period, Brandon Winters of Integrity Express Logistics demonstrated exceptional professionalism and commitment to our partnership. Brandon’s transparency and dedication ensured that our company received the funds owed, despite the complications. His proactive approach and resolve to find a swift resolution truly underscored his value as a partner. We are grateful for his assistance and believe that Integrity Express Logistics is fortunate to have such an asset on their team. Thanks again Brandon!

I've done 2 loads with IEL and both loads went smoothly. 1 was 2 pick 1 drop and the other was 1 pick 4 drops. Everything went as planned, except shipper took a bit of time and I thought it was going to mess up the drops. But by running a split sleeper I was able to deliver all in same day as planned. Also, updated RC for detention was sent same day. Thanks Nicolas Salyers and Mark Anglavar. Job well done. MFer Trucking LLC.

We had a bit of an issue with getting an updated rate con for some extra charges but Emily R in Carrier Relations came to the rescue! She went above and beyond and resolved the issue in LESS than 24 hours. If you are in this industry then you know, that NEVER happens this quick. I am so impressed with her work and thankful for her help.
